Communication dated 27th January, 2025 is received from District Judge - 2 and Additional Sessions Judge, Beed seeking extension of time to decide Land Acquisition Reference No. 96 of 2017 and connected matters which are directed to be decided within a period of one year from 17th January, 2022 by this Court. It is submitted that issues have been framed in the said matters on 6th February, 2024 and thereafter witnesses of the Petitioners have been examined and their evidence has been closed and the matters are posted for arguments. It is therefore, requested to grant extension of one year.

By communication dated 28th January, 2025 Principal District and Sessions Judge, Beed has recommended that three months' time be granted for finally disposing of the Land Acquisition References.

In view of the request made and the recommendation of learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Beed, three

{3} months' further extension is granted to dispose of the group of Land Acquisition References.
