In all these Writ Petitions, the Petitioners have submitted their representations to the Respondents/ Maharashtra Jeevan Pradhikaran. Only request is that Respondent No.3/ Member Secretary of the Maharashtra Jeevan Pradhikaran (MJP), may take a decision by considering the rules, policies and the law applicable, within a particular period. 2.
In view of the above, these Writ Petitions are disposed off.

We would expect Respondent Nos.4 to 7 to
*8* immediately forward all these representations to Respondent No.3/ Member Secretary, within 15 days from today, if not already forwarded. Respondent No.3/ Member Secretary shall respond to the said representations within a period of 45 days by considering the rules, policies and the law applicable and convey the response to these Petitioners within three weeks from the date of arriving at a decision.

We make it clear that we have not expressed any view about the claims of the Petitioners.
