Patil making submission that she has instruction to appear for original claimants. Under such circumstance, there is no necessity to issue notices.

CA_6309_2018 Present application has been filed for getting delay of 1451 days condoned in filing First Appeal. The learned Advocate for the original claimants strongly objects the application on the ground that the delay is huge and inordinate and has not been explained properly. Taking into consideration the reasons, those have been given in para Nos.3 to 6, 9 and 10, the delay is condoned. Application stands allowed and disposed of accordingly.
