By these applications, the acquiring body has prayed for condoning the delay of 1212 days caused in filing first appeals.

Though the applications have been strongly opposed by the respondent / respondents on the ground that delay of each and every day has not been

(Order) (2) C.A. No. 02447 of 2018 & Group explained properly, taking into consideration the contents of paras no.06 to 09, delay deserves to be condoned.

Accordingly, the delay is condoned. The civil applications stand allowed and disposed of accordingly. Registry to verify and register the first appeals and place them for consideration on 19th December 2019.
