Learned advocate for the applicant submitted that the amount of Rs.60,000/- is deposited in the Sessions court and the Sessions Court is not disbursing the said amount to the applicant. He therefore, prayed to direct the Sessions Court, Aurangabad to pay that amount to the applicant. None for the respondent. 2.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, it would be proper to direct the Sessions Court to disburse that amount to the applicant, as there is no any interim order like stay/suspension of the sentence etc. The application is thus allowed. 3.

The applicant is permitted to withdraw the amount deposited before the Sessions Court, Aurangabad with accrued interest, if any.
