The revision application was dismissed for failure to serve the respondent by order dated 03.12.2019. The applicant has taken efforts to serve the respondent but he did not respond. For the reasons mentioned in the application, the application is allowed. 4.

Criminal Revision Application No.54 of 2019 is restored to its original stage.
