Heard the learned counsel for the applicant - Insurance Company and the learned counsel for the respondents/original claimants. No one else appeared on behalf of respondent No. 5. Perused the application.

The decreetal amount has already been deposited in this Court. The claimants are also permitted to withdraw half of the amount of compensation deposited in this Court. In such circumstances, there is no propriety to keep the present application alive.
