The delay appears to be inordinate in nature, which is of 1114 days. Moreover, as per the learned AGP the applicant also did not take circulation till June 2022 from the year 2017 when the appeal is fled. Thus, the learned AGP submits that the applicant cannot be made entitled for claiming interest for the delay period as well as the period of almost fve years due to late circulation. 3.
In view of the same and for the reasons stated in the application, the delay of 1114 days stands condoned subject to condition that the applicant shall not claim any interest for the aforesaid period of delay and the delay period spent in belated circulation.
