The learned Advocate for the Applicant submits that, due to inadvertence, he considered the date of previous order by which the Application for suspension of sentence was dismissed as withdrawn, as 24th July, 2024. He submits that, in fact, the same is dated 24th July, 2025, and seeks liberty to file afresh application as permitted by the said order after a period of one year. He submits that, he will withdraw this Application and file an appropriate application pursuant to the said order dated 24th July, 2025 in Criminal Application No. 4994 of 2024. 2.

In view of the above, the Application stands disposed off as withdrawn.
