We have heard the learned advocate for the petitioner. The grievance of the petitioner is that, the petitioner has filed application on 12.11.2019 with subsequent reminders, however, no action is taken.

Hardly a month has lapsed after the petitioner has filed application. It is only if within a reasonable time no steps are taken by the authorities, then we may consider entertaining the petition for direction.
