The Petitioner prays that Respondent No.3/Education Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Nanded shall decide his pending proposal dated 23/02/2023, by which the approval has been sought to his appointment as a 'Shikshan Sevak'. 2.

In view of the above, this Writ Petition is disposed off, with a direction to Respondent No.3 to follow the due procedure laid down in law, and after granting an opportunity of hearing to all the stakeholders, shall pass an appropriate order, within 60 days from today.
