Learned Advocate for the respondent Nos. 1 to 4 has placed on record the decision of Executive Engineer dated 01.08.2025 by which the claim of the petitioner for rental compensation is rejected. According to him, by this order, the direction of this Court is complied with.

In view of compliance of order, the Contempt Petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the impugned order.
