The Petitioner has directly approached this Court seeking correction in his pay scale in the light of the notification dated 18.10.2023. It is conceded that he has not filed any application addressed to Respondent No.2 and there is no order negating his request in the light of the said notification. He submits that he would file a representation. 2.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off. If the Petitioner tenders a representation to Respondent No.2 in the light of the notification dated 18.10.2023, Respondent No.2 would deal with the said representation within a period of 60 days by following the due procedure laid down in law.
