The applicant is seeking withdrawal of Rs. 2,98,211/- deposited by the respondent-Acquiring Body. The Acquiring Body has deposited 50% of the amount in pursuance of the orders passed by this Court. In similarly situated matters, the claimants were permitted to withdraw the amount on furnishing undertaking. I also propose to follow the same course. 3.

The application is allowed partly permitting the applicant to receive the amount with accrued on furnishing undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court.
