The learned Advocate for the Petitioners submits on instructions that the grievance of the Petitioners has been redressed. It is conceded that all these Petitioners have not passed their TET examination.

The learned Advocate appearing for the Zilla Parishad submits that the directions issued by this Court vide order dated 07.11.2023 in WP No.14097/2023 at Aurangabad, will have to be khs/Mar.2024/15551

- 2 - made applicable to the Petitioners since the Hon'ble Supreme court is dealing with the issue as to whether TET is compulsory to all the schools inclusive of the minor institutions.

In view of the above, these Writ Petitions are disposed off. The Petitioners shall tender their affidavit undertaking as is observed in the order dated 07.11.2023 (supra), within a period of 15 days, to the employer. Needless to state, the approval granted to them would be subject to the decision of the proceedings before the Hon'ble Supreme Court and as per the undertaking tendered by these Petitioners.
