Though we are not inclined to issue directions to the Labour Court to decide the pending proceeding filed by the petitioner within stipulated period however, we grant liberty to the petitioner to apply before the said Court for expeditious hearing of the case No.A.B.I.R./1/2013. In case such prayer is made, the concerned Court to consider the same keeping in view the grievance of the petitioner that he is out of employment for considerable period.
