The petitioner has already avail the remedy of Appeal. The petitioner has filed this writ petition as the Appellate Authority has directed the petitioner to deposit Rs.2,00,000/- as Appeal fees as per the amendment in Marketing Discipline Guidelines, 2012. It is a commercial transaction between the petitioner and respondents. 2.

We do not find any reasonable ground raised in the petition so as to set aside the condition of deposit of the amount.

In light of that, writ petition is disposed of. The petitioner may after depositing the amount prosecute his Appeal.
