The petitioners had already approached the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal by filing original application. Same is withdrawn and thereafter the petitioners have filed application with the authority.

Mr. More, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, same is not decided.

The Tribunal can consider the grievance of the petitioners vis-a-vis the application made. The Tribunal has the jurisdiction to entertain the grievance of the petitioners on its own merits. 4.

In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of with
