By the order dated 18/12/2023, passed by the Joint Director of Health Services (Procurement Cell), Mumbai, the tender No. E-10, which was in the light of the Government Resolution dated 18/09/2023, has been cancelled. The tender cancellation notice is taken on record and marked as 'X-1' for identification.

Presently, the Petitioner continues with the earlier tender, that was awarded to it. The work is presently going on as per the said tender. It is informed that the State Government, for

15532.23wp (2) the time being, is continuing the earlier tenders of the existing service providers till the end of their tenures and until the new service provider takes over.

In view of the above, this Writ Petition is disposed off, since there is no cause of action as on date. In future, if the Petitioner is aggrieved by the action of the State, it would be at liberty to avail of a remedy, as is permissible in law. (Y. G. KHOBRAGADE, J.) (RAVINDRA V. GHUGE, J.) sjk
