In view of the same the order dated 07/12/2023 in toto, is made applicable to the present petition.

The petitioner to file necessary undertaking in terms of the order dated 07/12/2023.

In view of the same, the auction notice dated 01/12/2023 at page No.9 of the civil application is stayed, however, the attachment on the property of the petitioner would remain. The Civil Application No.15241 of 2023 stands disposed of.
