Learned counsel appearing for both the parties submit that due to interim order passed by this Court, the election for the post of Up-Sarpanch was held. However, the appeal preferred by respondent No.7 against the disqualification allegedly incurred by him is pending before the Commissioner. In view of the same, this writ petition can be disposed of by directing the Commissioner to dispose of the pending appeal, as expeditiously as possible. Order accordingly.
