This Civil Application is for seeking amendment by adding grounds and for placing certain documents on record in the Petition.

Despite the opportunity granted on 9th January, 2024, an affidavit-in-reply has not been filed by the Reserve Bank of India and Respondent no.2. An adjournment is sought by both these

- 2 - Respondents, for filing affidavit-in-reply to the Civil Application and even to the petition.

We find that the Applicants/Petitioners desire to place those documents on record which they have received from the Reserve Bank of India as well as from Respondent no. 2. Addition of grounds is only with relation to such documents received from the R B I itself and Respondent No. 2.

The Reserve Bank of India and Respondent No. 2 oppose the application.

In view of the above facts and for the reasons set out, the Civil Application is allowed. Amendment be carried out on or before 1st March, 2024. Amended copy of the memo of the Petition be served on both the Respondents.

ORDER BELOW WRIT PETITION ST. NO. 34834 OF 2023 6.

Issue notice to the respondents, returnable on 18th March, 2024. The learned Advocates Mr. Adwant and Mr. Lalsare waive service of notice on behalf of Respondent Nos. 1 and 2,

- 3 - respectively. Let the affidavit-in-reply be filed by the Respondents by 8th March, 2024.
