The present petition has been filed for issuing direction to the respondent-Scrutiny Committee to decide the tribe claim of the petitioner expeditiously.

After waiving notice for respondents, the learned A.G.P. submits on instructions that the tribe claim of the petitioner can be disposed of within a period of six months.

In view of the said statement, Writ Petition stands disposed of with direction to the respondent-Scrutiny Committee to decide the tribe claim of the petitioner as expeditiously as possible within a period of six months from today.
