Heard learned advocate Mr. N.L. Jadhav for the review applicant who is the original petitioner.

His petition for compassionate appointment was dismissed by the order dated 04.10.2019 for the reasons recorded therein.

No formal defect or error apparent on the face of the record, can be discerned from the avernments in the petition for review.

The ground being raised now that the brother of the

petitioner was not looking after the family was available to be agitated before this Court when the petition was being decided. This Court had dismissed the petition for variety of reasons including the delay and latches of more than 14 years.

There is no substance in the review application. It is dismissed.
