This is an application for condonation of delay. 2.

Heard the learned advocate for the applicant, Mr.V.P. Patil, learned advocate for non applicant Nos. 2 and 3 and the learned A.G.P.

The learned advocate for non applicants opposed the application on the ground that no sufficient cause is stated. 4.

The delay of 74 days is caused in filing review petition. The applicant has narrated the reasons. It is stated that the advocate informed the applicant to approach the Apex Court

CA No.995/20 and/or file the review application. After arranging for funds, the review application is filed. It is stated that the applicant is unemployed.
