There is delay of 4544 days in preferring the appeal. Learned Advocate, however, informs that in connected matters delay has been condoned. In view of the same, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (B), provided that the applicant shall not be entitled for interest for the delayed period of 4544 days, so also the delay of little over four years in seeking circulation of this application, minus the period of one year of pandemic.
