The request for grant of Essentiality Certificate, in favour of petitioner - Society for facilitating commencement of RGNM Course with admission capacity of 30 students for the academic year 2018-2019, is stated to be pending consideration before the State Government. It is informed by the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner that all procedural formalities have been completed and the report of Maharashtra Nursing Counsel has also been tendered to the State Government and inspection has also been carried out. In the circumstances, we direct Respondents No.1 and 2 to consider the request of the petitioner for grant of Essentiality Certificate and take appropriate decision, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within four weeks from today.

In view of directions as above, writ petition stands disposed of.
