Heard. There is an innocuous prayer in the petition in as much as direction is sought to respondent No.1 to consider representations dated 27.10.2017 and 09.11.2017 submitted by the petitioner. We direct respondent No.1 to consider the said representations, if already not considered and decide it on its own merits in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, within eight weeks from today and communicate the said decision to the petitioner.

With the above observations, the writ petition stands disposed of.
