Nobody is present for the petitioner. Seen the contentions made in the petition and relief claimed. A direction is claimed against the respondent No.3 to take decision on the proposal submitted to respondent of premature release. The present matter was filed in the year 2019 but till today even circulation was not obtained and matter was not prosecuted. In spite of these circumstances, in view of nature of relief claimed, this Court is hereby directing respondent No.3 to take decision on the proposal made for premature release of the petitioner within 45 days from today, if the decision is not already taken. In those terms, Petition is disposed of.
