This is a composite application seeking restoration of the writ petition which has been dismissed for want of steps with a prayer to condone the delay of 4 days caused in preferring this application. 3.

For the reasons mentioned in the application, the application is allowed. The delay is condoned and the main proceeding is restored subject to the condition that necessary complinace would now be made within three weeks failing which this order shall stand recalled automatically.
