Learned advocate Mr. Shinde submits that he has instructions to appear for respondent no.5.

Present civil application has been filed for recalling of the order dated 25.8.2023 in writ petition No.9379 of 2023 and to restore the said writ petition to it's original position. 3.

It appears that by order dated 25.8.2023, this Court passed the conditional order as there were office objections to be removed. It was directed that office objections to be removed within three weeks, and, in case of failure, the matter would be treated as automatically dismissed without reference to the court.

Now, petitioner states that due to oversight, those office objections could not be removed by him. Office objections have been removed in view of the order passed by this Court on 12.1.2024 in this civil application.

In view of the same, application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause 'B' and disposed off.
