Heard. There is an innocuous prayer in the petition in as much as the representations dated 20.10.2016, 03.05.2017, 03.08.2017 and 10.10.2017 filed by the petitioner are not decided on merit. In that view of the matter, we direct respondent Nos.2 and 4 to look into the grievance raised by the petitioner in his representations and if such representations are already not decided, decide the same on its own merit in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible, however, within three months from today.

Needless to observe that respondent No.2 shall adhere to the principle of natural justice and if necessary afford reasonable opportunity of hearing to the petitioner. Needless to further observe that respondent
( 2 ) wp1148.18 No.4 shall take necessary steps to forward representations/proposals of the petitioner to respondent No.2 as expeditiously as possible, however, within four weeks from today.

With the above observations, the writ petition stands disposed of.
