These applications are filed for withdrawal of amount deposited in this Court along with accrued interest. Further prayer is made for discharge of bank guarantee and solvent surety furnished by the applicants after disposal of the first appeals. 2.
The applicants are the original claimants, who succeeded in L.A.R. proceedings. Against the judgment of the Land Acquisition References, the State had filed Appeals before this Court. This Court
decided the First Appeals vide common judgment on 16.12.2025. 3.
During pendency of the appeals, the applicants are already withdrawn 75% of the amount on condition of furnishing solvent surety to the extent of some amount and bank guarantee to the extent of some amount. Now in view of disposal of the appeals, the applicants pray for withdrawal of the remaining amount, which is lying in the office of this Court.

Heard learned Advocates for the parties.

Considering the fact that the First Appeals are already disposed off, these applications can be allowed. The applications therefore are allowed. The applicants are permitted to withdraw the amount lying in the office of this Court with accrued interest. Bank guarantee and solvent surety stands discharged. 6.
