Heard rival submissions. The applicants are seeking condonation of delay of only 20 days. However, the learned counsel for the respondent No.1 - owner pointed out that there is circulation delay. In view of the same, the delay of 20 days stands condoned subject to condition that the applicants shall not claim any interest for the aforesaid period of delay and also for delay in circulating the matter belatedly, on the enhanced compensation , if granted. 2.

Appeal be placed for admission after removal of office objections, if any.
