A subsequent Government Resolution is said to be introduced. The Petitioners have put forth the proposed amendment. The learned Advocates appearing for the respective sides do not oppose the request for an amendment, albeit, with the prayer that they may be permitted to file composite affidavitsin-reply or additional affidavits.

In view of the above, Civil Application No.15428 of 2023 is allowed. Let the amendment be carried out even in the vacations of this Court, on or before 02.01.2024.

A batch of Petitions is coming up before the Principal Seat on 05.01.2024. We are informed by the learned Advocate General, who has addressed us on the video conferencing mode, that a praecipe has been moved before the Hon'ble the Chief Justice of the Bombay High Court for the transfer of all these Petitions filed at Aurangabad, so as to be clubbed with the Petitions filed before the Principal Seat.

In view of the above, as the matters before the Principal Seat are listed on 05.01.2024, we are listing these Petitions on 12.01.2024.

Affidavits-in-reply / additional affidavits-in-reply in view of the amendment, would be filed at least three days prior to the next date in the matter.
