Heard Mr. Joshi, the learned Counsel for the petitioners and Mr. Patil, the learned Counsel for the respondent No. 4. 2.

The recovery certificate has been issued in favour of the petitioners pursuant to the orders of the District Consumer Forum. The recovery certificate has to be sent to the revenue authority for execution. The order is already passed for issuance of recovery certificate in favour of the petitioners.

The Tahsildar or any other such competent revenue authority has to take steps to execute the recovery certificate. 4.

The Tahsildar or any other such authorized officer shall take steps to execute the recovery certificate in accordance with the

provisions of law expeditiously and the process shall be initiated within a period of six months from today.

The petitioners may show the properties of respondent No. 4 to enable the revenue authority to take further steps. 6.

The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
