Heard. Perused the averments in the Application and also the reply filed by Respondent

ca71.18 Nos.1 and 4 in the Petition, and in particular Para-2 thereof. In the light of averments in the Application and Para-2 of the affidavit in reply, order dated 27th November, 2017 is recalled. Presence of Respondent No.4 in the Petition is dispensed with unless it is specifically ordered/ directed in future. Civil Application No.71 of 2018 is allowed in terms of prayer clause "B" and the same stands disposed of.

In Writ Petition, the Petitioner prays for two weeks time so as to respond to the reply filed by Respondent Nos.1 and 4. At his request, list Writ Petition No.580 of 2016, on 30th January, 2018.
