The petitioner is aggrieved by order dated 3rd December 2019, whereby and whereunder the Assistant Charity Commissioner, Nandurbar, has allowed application Exh. 40 preferred by respondents No. 2 to 8 under Section 73-A of the Maharashtra Public Trusts Act, 1950 for intervention.

The authority has noted that the names of the interveners are mentioned in the list of members filed by the petitioner alongwith the change report. According to the

2 W.P. No. 1220/2020 interveners, interveners No. 1, 2, 5 & 6 are life members and interveners No. 3 & 4 are members of the public trust. The interveners contend that name of intervener No. 2 is fraudulently removed as trustee and the fraudulent change report is submitted. 3.

I do not see any error in the order impugned since the interveners have direct interest in the fate of the proceedings. 4.

The petition is dismissed.
