The applicants have made efforts to get death certificates of deceased respondents by making correspondence to other side Advocate and Medical Officer concerned, but they could not get the same. The reason assigned in the Civil Application find quiet convincing and believable. Therefore, abatement order passed against deceased respondents is set aside. The application stands allowed. The applicants to carry out necessary amendments.
