Heard learned counsel for applicants and the learned counsel for respondents.

The condonation of delay of 1237 days is sought.

The learned counsel for applicants submits that he had to meet various authorities for obtaining sanction for court fees on account of closure of some Divisions. At last he could get sanction for purchase

ca4503.18 of court fee. Therefore, the delay caused in filing appeal is condoned.

Learned counsel for respondent opposes this application.

I have gone through the contents of application.

Reasons assigned for condonation of delay on account of closure of various Divisions of Departments is acceptable as events were beyond control of the applicants.

I hold that the delay in filing appeal deserves to be condoned. Accordingly, all connected Civil Applications for condonation of delay are allowed. The delay is condoned.
