The tribe claim of the petitioner is pending before the respondent No. 2 - committee.

Mr. Bachate, learned advocate submits that vigilance has already been conducted.

Learned A.G.P. waives notice for respondent Nos. 1 and 2 and submits that the authority will decide the tribe claim on its own merits.

The documents of the petitioner are with respondent No. 3 - Institution. So also, the degree certificate is not issued as the validity is not produced.

Considering the above, the respondent No. 2 shall decide the validation proceedings in respect of the tribe claim of the petitioner expeditiously and preferably within a period of three

(3) months. The petitioner shall appear before the committee on 30th January, 2018.

The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
