We have heard Mr. Deshpande, the learned advocate for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for respondents/State.

Though the learned counsel for the petitioner has canvassed submissions on merits, considering the observations of the Tribunal that order of termination is implemented, it would not be appropriate to pass any further orders in the matter. 3.

Mr. Deshpande, the learned counsel has made submission upon the observations of the Tribunal.

Needless to state that, said observations are prima facie in nature. The Tribunal will have to consider the matter on merits considering the entire record at the time of final disposal of the original application independently.

The Tribunal has observed that, it may take up the case for final disposal. Considering the gamut of the dispute, the Tribunal may endeavour to dispose of the original application filed by the petitioner on its own merits, expeditiously and if possible within a period of six (06) months from today. The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
