DATE : 09.01.2020 P.C. :- The appeal filed by the petitioner is already pending before the College and University Tribunal, Aurangabad. This Court has already directed the Tribunal to decide the Appeal of the petitioner within 1 year as per order dated 16/10/2018 in Writ Petition No.8646/2018. 2] It appears that because of the non availability of the Presiding Officer, the Appeal of the petitioner could not be proceeded with. Now the learned Presiding Officer has joined the College Tribunal also. The petitioner shall bring to the notice of the Tribunal the order passed by this Court in Writ Petition No.8646/2018 dated 16/10/2018 for deciding the Appeal expeditiously and within the time frame. The same shall be considered by the Tribunal within 1 year.

3] Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
