Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 2.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that respondent No. 2 be directed to complete further tender process immediately within a week. After opening the technical bid, financial bid has to be opened within a period of seven days. The Government Resolution prescribes the time frame.

Mr. Pulkundwar, learned AGP on instructions submits that some of the tenderers had raised objection to the documents submitted by the petitioner. The said documents are sent for verification, in view of

As on date, the petitioner does not have a vested right. The documents of the petitioner are sent for verification as contended by the learned AGP.
