The learned AGP submits that it is only after measurement from the department of Land Records the sub division can be made and after the sub division is made, the petitioner can be handed over the land to which he is rightfully entitled.

The authorities shall take up further steps such as measurement expeditiously. The same shall be done within a period of three (03) months from today and upon measurement being conducted, the further process shall be taken to its logical end within a period of three

(03) months thereafter.
