It is prayed that Revision Application No.394/2022 filed under Section 257 of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code, 1966 is pending with the Respondent. An interim application for seeking stay to the impugned judgment dated 17.05.2022 delivered by the Deputy Director of Land Records, Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, in Appeal No.74-19/2022, is also pending. 2.

In view of the above, this Writ Petition is disposed off with the following directions:- (a) If an application for interim relief is pending, the same be considered by following the due procedure laid down in

(b) The main revision proceedings be decided within a period of 120 days from today.

(c) All the stakeholders be issued with notices of hearing and the due procedure laid down in law shall be followed.
