O R D E R :

The respondents - claimants are present along with learned counsel Mr. B.K. Jadhav, holding for learned Advocate Mr. Y.B. Bolkar. Learned Advocate Mr. M.R. Deshmukh is present on authorisation by the respondent No.2 Bajaj Allianz Insurance Company Ltd.

Both the parties have arrived at compromise in terms of the compromise which is taken on record marked as Exhibit "X".

As per the terms of compromise, the respondent No.2 Bajaj Allianz Insurance Co. Ltd. agreed to deposit additional compensation of Rs.5,00,000/- (Rupees Five Lakhs only) within a period of eight weeks from today in the registry of this Court and the same be disbursed to the claimants as per the share given by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Aurangabad without reference to the Court. The remaining amount of the award which is passed by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal which is deposited in this Court be disbursed to the claimants without reference to the Court. 4.

The First Appeal is disposed off in terms of the compromise. Decree be drawn up accordingly.

Court Fee be refunded as per rules.

Pending Civil Applications, if any, stand disposed off.
