All these matters pertain to issuing directions to respondent No.3 - Education Officer (Primary), Zilla Parishad, Latur, of the same management and it is said that the proposal submitted in each of the matter is still pending. 2.

Learned Advocate Mr. Patil holding for learned Advocate Mr. Bondar appearing for respondent No.3, on instructions, makes a statement that the respective proposals would be decided on its own merits, within two months. The said statement is taken as undertaking.
