This is an application for withdrawal of amount by applicant No. 2, who was then minor and now has attained majority. In order to support his contention, reliance is placed on school leaving certificate indicating his date of birth as 1st February, 2004. 2.

The appeal is already disposed of. Applicant No. 2 is able to show that he is major. Now it is his wish as to how to use the amount which came to his share. Hence, application is allowed in terms of prayer clause 'B'.
