We had disposed of the Writ Petition No. 10353 of 2016 with Writ Petition No. 10551 of 2016 under order dated 7.12.2017 on the basis of the order passed by the learned Single Judge of this court in Writ Petition No. 1801 of 1998. It has been brought to our notice that the said order is subsequently recalled by the learned Single Judge on 13.12.2017, however, order was not brought to the notice of this court.

In the light of above, there appears to be error apparent on face of the record, as other merits of the matter were never considered.

In the light of above, the order dated 7.12.2017 in Writ Petition No. 10353 of 2016 is recalled. The said writ petition is restored to its original position. Review Application accordingly allowed. No costs.
